Limited edition designs from House of Kerry’s silk scarf collection “Out of Kerry”, this design is inspired by Sceilig Mhichíl, an island off the coast of Co. Kerry, a UNESCO World Heritage site, a monastic site dating from the 6th century and of course film location of Star Wars! The design is inspired by a visit by artist/designer Christine Donoghue de Vries to the island by boat. The blended imagery of a stately puffin, the gigantic splashes of the Atlantic Ocean, the textures of the flora of the island and the majestic jagged edges of Sceilig Mhichíl make for a unique design. It is embellished with "Sceilig Mhichíl will make your heart sing!" It is like nowhere else on earth.
