Q: Can I change my order or details on my order?
A: Unfortunately not. Once your order has been submitted, the information will be sent directly to our warehouse for processing. After submitting, we are unable to change any part of your order, including shipping details, shipping method, personalisation, or order contents. We cannot alter or change the contents of an order, including changing a garment size or color.
Q: Can I add something to my order?
A: We are unable to add another item to an order that has already been submitted. Once an order has been submitted, the information will be sent directly to our warehouse for processing.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel or change any part of your order once placed, including the delivery address and order contents.
Q: Can I pay in USD using my credit card ?
A: Yes, we accept USD credit card payments in our website shop. If its your first time using your credit card on the site you will be asked to fill in a 3D Secure box; this is for your own security and is standard practice. Please note that we do not keep records of credit card numbers; all transactions are processed via Realex and 3D Security adds another layer of security which protects the customer and their information; the extra autenthication will be asked for at the checkout.
